I'm a qualified executive coach and mentor with almost 18 years' experience in the learning and development field.

My coaching journey started in [insert year], when I completed two days of coaching training. Based on McGergow's and [insert name] solutions-focused training, it transformed how I viewed the world. It's based on a simple premise - instead of focusing on what isn't working, focus on what is working. Instead of focusing on what you don't want, focus on what you want.

Too many people spend precious time and energy on why things aren't the way they want them to be. It's a negative spiral that keeps a person stuck, digging them deeper and deeper into a rut, until they wake up one day and find that people around them have moved ahead.

My job as a coach is to move my clients into a place where they focus their energies on identifying what they want to achieve and the steps they need to get there. Often, we think that the barriers are outside us, but in fact, so much is within our control.
